SHIPPING

I received the tracking but it is not active yet. What does this mean?

Your order has been handed over to the courier but tracking has yet to activate. Please try again in a few hours or the next day.

On tracking the status is "Wrong address". What does it mean?

The address provided is incorrect (in part or in full). You can contact our customer service specifying the order number and the complete address with all the information needed for delivery.

We will forward them to the courier as soon as possible!

On the courier tracking the status is "Recipient unknown". What does it mean?

This means that your address is probably missing some information that is essential for the delivery of your order (such as the name on the intercom, the staircase or the floor). You can contact our customer service with your order number and the complete address with all the information needed for delivery. We will pass it on to the courier as soon as possible!

On the courier tracking my order is "In transit", what does this mean?

If you see on your tracking that the status of your order is as follows: “in transit, not for delivery today as it has not arrived at the local branch.”

This means that the package is on its way to the courier office in your area, from where it will then leave to be delivered to the address you entered.

If the status persists for a few days, it could simply be due to some delay in shipping: don't worry! You can check the status of your order the next day.

We recommend that you contact our customer service only if the status remains the same for more than 3 working days.

* During periods of particular traffic - such as Christmas or Black Friday - it may take a few more days.

Can I change the delivery address?

You can change the address only after the courier has tried to deliver the order twice without success and the package is in storage at the carrier. We recommend that you contact customer service specifying the order number and the new address with all the information needed for delivery. We will forward it to the courier as soon as possible!

Can I combine or ship two orders together?

No, unfortunately it is not possible to combine two orders, nor have them shipped together. You will receive two different tracking numbers and, if necessary, you will be charged shipping costs for both orders.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are free for orders with an amount equal to or greater than €49.00 including VAT.

For orders of an amount equal to or less than €48.99 including VAT, shipping costs amount to €4.50 including VAT.

Are Rebeya products tested?

Yes, all Rebeya products are dermatologically tested and nickel, chromium and cobalt tested to ensure maximum skin tolerability.

Can I use Rebeya products if I wear contact lenses?

Yes, all products are ophthalmologically tested to ensure maximum tolerability even for the most sensitive eyes.

Are Rebeya products nickel free?

All products are tested for nickel, chromium and cobalt. There are no nickel-free cosmetics, as the tested formulas may contain a trace of nickel equal to 0.000001% which should not cause a reaction in allergic subjects.

Are Rebeya products cruelty free?

All Rebeya products are not tested on animals. As required by European Regulation 1223/2009, on 11 March 2013, the absolute ban on selling or importing cosmetic products and ingredients tested on animals came into force in all European Union countries.

Where are the products made?

All products are carefully designed, tested, and strictly made in the European Union.

What is the best way to store products?

We recommend storing Rebeya products in a cool, dry place, away from sources of light and heat.

Do the products have an expiration date?

On the outer packaging of each product we have added the symbol of the period after opening (PAO) to identify the useful life of your product (number of months) after its packaging has been opened for the first time. The duration after opening of the package refers to the product correctly used and stored.

Can I use Rebeya products during pregnancy and breastfeeding?

There are no contraindications to using Rebeya products during pregnancy or breastfeeding. However, in case of specific issues, we recommend consulting your doctor.

I changed my mind, can I return my order?

You can return the products ordered within 14 days of receiving the order by contacting our customer service specifying the order number and the products to be returned.

Only returns of intact and sealed products will be accepted. For hygienic reasons, no we can accept the return of products that have been opened after delivery , in accordance with the provisions of Article 59, letters c) and d) of the Consumer Code.

Do I have to register to make an online purchase?

No, it is not essential. Registration gives you access to exclusive benefits.

What are the payment methods?

Orders placed online at rebeyabeauty.com can be paid by credit cards, debit cards and PayPal. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, AMEX.
