Delivery times and methods of the Products

Rebeya will deliver the selected and ordered Products using the shipping methods chosen in the purchase order, to the address indicated by the User.

The Products will be handed over to the express courier within 24 to 48 hours of the order. Estimated delivery: 2–5 business days after dispatch.

Upon delivery, the User must verify that the packaging is intact, undamaged, and unaltered.

If the goods appear to be damaged due to transport, the User may refuse delivery and immediately notify Rebeya. A complaint will be filed with the courier, and a new shipment arranged once the disputed goods are returned.

Shipping Rates and Times

Shipping costs may vary depending on the destination and item weight. Shipping is free in Italy and Spain for orders of €49.00 or more. For other EU countries, free shipping applies for orders of €59.00 or more, except Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Finland, Sweden, and Ireland, where it is €79.00.

Shipping time: 2–5 business days

Orders are usually processed and handed over to the courier on the next working day after Rebeya sends the order confirmation. Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays are not considered working days; orders placed then will be dispatched the next working day.

If delivery does not occur within the business days indicated from the order confirmation, the User must notify the Owner at help@rebeyabeauty.com. A complaint will be filed to investigate the delay. Delivery estimates are indicative and subject to change.

The Owner commits to doing everything reasonably possible to ensure delivery within 10 (ten) business days from handover to the courier, if shipping within Italy. Delivery times for international shipments may be longer.
